Raphael s. shackleford
Raphael Schackleford holds an Upper Second Class BSc. Honours degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of the West Indies. He currently serves as one of directors on the Board of Dan-Air Systems.
Prior to graduating from the UWI, Raphael worked as trainee engineer at Dan-Air Systems then after graduating in 2010, he joined the team at Dan-Air Systems Limited and garnered further experience and became the service manager for the company. He has excellent work ethics and like his father, is a philanthropist who solicited sponsorship for fundraising events, and coordinated profitable fundraising events, outreach and recreational activities for Jamaican students in Trinidad.

BERT ST. A. BROWN
HND MECHANICAL/PRODUCTION ENGINEERING, DIP. MGMT ST./MBA MARKETING & FINANCE
Bert is a certified lean auditor in ISO 9000, 14001, and is trained in earth-check quality and managment systems. He is also a trained energy auditor under the GOJ/USAID Energy Sector Assistance Programme. A certified assesor, he has done work in air conditoning/refrigeration, chemical, food processing, construction etc. in Jamaica and the Caribbean region.

PAUL CLARKE
With thirty five years of experience in the air- conditioning business, Paul started out with
Caribbean Air Conditioning Company in 1969 where he spent three years as a trainee then spent the next two years as an advanced apprentice with ATL.
With another five years with Carrier Air Conditioning Company limited, five years at the Jamaica Pegasus
Hotel as a technician and two years refrigeration studies in the USA.

Mr. Thomas is a certified air-conditioning & Refrigeration Technician with 30 years industry experience.
He received training in Servicing and installation at Carrier, Syracuse and Atlanta in the USA, as well as
specialized training in York Air-conditioning Systems Design with emphasis on Chillers.

LORESSA SHACKLEFORD, B.Sc.
Since her early teens, Ms. Shackleford has been involved in the business. Suppporting her father Carl and acquired certification in the skill through HEART/NTA. She is also involved in tank cleaning operations and has been integral in cleaning tanks at PETROJAM JA. LTD AND WINDALCO ALUMINUM MINES
General Services Supervisor
O’Neil Williams
O’Neil has been a Maintenance Fitter with over 20 years of experience and presently specializing in Tank
Cleaning and General Maintenance and has worked on many tanks at the JPS, Shell and Texaco facilities.
